At Java J’s Coffee Co., all of our coffee is roasted fresh to order, so we do not accept returns on products.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there’s an issue, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at javajscoffeeco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Non-food items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

We’re committed to quality and customer satisfaction. If something isn’t right, we’ve got you.

Because your coffee is roasted fresh to order, we don’t roast it until we receive your order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to ship. Once shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location.

Specialty coffee is the highest quality grade of coffee, scoring 80 points or higher on a 100-point scale by certified graders. It’s grown in ideal climates, carefully harvested, and processed to bring out the best flavor.

At Java J’s Coffee Co., we use specialty-grade coffee beans that are ethically sourced and roasted fresh to order, giving you a smoother, more flavorful cup without the bitterness of lower-grade coffee.
